Self-care is the foundation of a healthy mind and body, and yet in this fast     moving world it’s not a priority and often comes after work, money, relationships, etc.

Learn practical self-care strategies that can be modified depending on the         individual; strategies that will help prevent depression, anxiety and burnout.
