A Michigan man has created the world’s first mobile bowling alley. Inspired by companies like Amazon, Uber and Grub Hub, which rely on convenience for their customers to achieve success, Terrance Jackson decided to bring a bowling alley to the people, rather than make people come to the alley, by converting a 53-foot, semi-truck trailer into an exclusive entertainment center on wheels. Luxury Strike Bowling consists of 2 automatic bowling lanes, a scoring system, temperature control, neon lighting, 80-inch theater screen, a sky lounge and a state-of-the-art sound system. Because of size constraints, the two lanes are shorter than those of traditional bowling alleys, and the bowling balls are smaller and slightly lighter than regular ones. The bowling alley is available to rent for parties, corporate events, and even church gatherings and small weddings, starting at $500 for 2 hours.
