Just a real Einstein when it comes to money these days
How are you when it comes to budgeting and money? Would you say your money smarts have improved since the start of the pandemic? Well if you said yes, you’re not alone! Over half of adults say the pandemic has helped teach them how to be smart with their money.
A survey of 2,000 Americans compared to a similar one conducted two years ago found that the number of adults who feel “very smart” with their money has risen from just 42% in 2018 to 51% in 2020. Two thirds of participants said the pandemic has turned them into a ‘frugal’ person. Some of the ways people indicated they are pinching pennies lately included growing their own vegetables, switching to one-ply toilet paper and eating lots of leftovers.
Also, it doesn’t help that for three months, there was no way to SPEND it!
